How VT Media works, from the red carpet to your phone
VT Media is the platform where the photography and video shot by Visual Twins is delivered. An event is covered, the files are processed and published as a gallery, and the people who were there find their own images with a selfie and buy what they want. This page describes each step, what is on sale, and how long each part actually takes.
Four steps, end to end

The event is covered
Visual Twins shoots the red carpet, the premiere, the show or the party: stills and motion as two distinct crafts rather than one camera doing both badly.

Files are processed and published
Photos are edited, video is cut, and everything is uploaded into a gallery for that event. Faces are indexed only if the organiser has confirmed the people photographed were informed.

You find yourself
Open the gallery, upload one selfie, and the images you appear in come back. Or browse the whole gallery, which is always open, or use the private link if one was sent to you.

You buy and download
Individual photos, raw clips, or an edited reel. Payment happens in the gallery, and the download is the full-resolution file immediately afterwards.
What is actually on sale
Photos. Edited stills, sold individually or in packages set for that event. The download is the full-resolution file.
Raw clips. The unedited video takes, for anyone who wants to cut their own version or keep the original footage.
Edited reels. A finished vertical video built from the footage of the evening: the arrival, the turn, the details, paced for social rather than for an archive.
Not every event offers all three. What a gallery sells is what was actually shot there, and the prices shown in the gallery are the prices charged.
Two brands, one house
Visual Twins is the studio: it takes the photographs and shoots the video, on red carpets, at premieres, at fashion weeks and at private events. VT Media is the platform that delivers that work: search, library, purchase, download.
They are not two companies. If you want coverage booked, that is a conversation with the studio; if you are looking for images of an evening that has already happened, you are in the right place.
Privacy, in one line and then in full

Questions people ask
- What is the difference between a raw clip and an edited reel?
- A raw clip is one unedited take exactly as it was filmed: useful when you or your agency want to cut it yourselves, or need the original footage for an archive. An edited reel is a finished vertical video, cut, graded and paced for social, built from the footage of your evening.
- When do photos from an event appear?
- For red carpet work a first edited selection is published the same night, while the evening is still worth posting about, and the full set follows within days. Larger events with thousands of frames take longer to complete. The gallery says what is in it, and an account tells you when more is added.
- What resolution do I get?
- Every purchased download is the full-resolution edited file, not a watermarked preview or a web-sized copy. Previews in the gallery are watermarked; what you buy is not.
- Can I use the photos commercially?
- That depends on what you buy and who you are: a personal purchase and a brand licence are not the same thing. If the images are going into advertising, a campaign or a brand channel, tell us up front so the licence matches the use.
- Who owns the photographs?
- Visual Twins, as the studio that shot them. Buying a photo gives you the file and the right to use it as agreed, not ownership of the copyright.
- Can I book coverage through VT Media?
- Coverage is produced by Visual Twins, so booking happens there: the “Book your shoot” button on an event page takes you straight to their form.
